Baylor Law School offers free wills and estate planning for first responders
During May, Baylor Law School’s Estate Planning Clinic will offer free wills and simple estate planning to police, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and their spouses living or working in McLennan County. In addition to a will, simple estate planning services include a power of attorney, medical power of attorney, declaration of guardian, and directive to physicians.
The estate planning clinic will be setting appointments for personalized estate planning sessions. First responders or their spouses can call 254-710-4244 or email LegalClinics@baylor.edu to schedule a consultation beginning on Monday, April 25. Space is limited to the first 30 respondents.
